HYPERMART.COM is a scam as they steal your money using false advertising to get people to signup for hosting
Last year in October hypermart.com was offering $1 hosting for 1 year. I signed up, my account was confirmed, the money taken from my credit card but they decided to cancel my account say it was a fraudulent signup. Below is a copy of the chat I had with them and a screen shot of the chat between my self and hypermart
Stewart Kent: Hi, how are you today?
johan: fine
Stewart Kent: How can I help you today?
johan: i signed up on the 29 10 2011 for a $1 special and can’t access my account
Stewart Kent: Okay.
Stewart Kent: Could you please provide me with your account username?
johan: ptlhosting
Stewart Kent: We have deleted your account due to fraudulent sign-up. We can’t provide hosting for your.
johan: why is it fraudulent?
Stewart Kent: We can’t host your website.
Stewart Kent: I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
johan: why i didn’t even specify a domain
Stewart Kent: Due to the nature of your website we are unable to provide hosting for any longer.
johan: what was the nature of my website?
johan: yet you took money from my credit card and not gave it back to me. Is that not fraud?
johan: here is the proof
johan: 2011-10-29 EIG*HYPERMART 8665392854 US 75309561301846024713169
Stewart Kent: Yes, we will not refund the $1 as it is non refundable.
johan: so you then stole my money as i paid for hosting you say i am a fraud. that is not nice. On what basis do you say i am a fraud and what gives you the right to hold my funds even if it is $1
johan: hello?
Stewart Kent: I can see that our specialists has marked your account has suspicious account and deleted.
Stewart Kent: That’s all I can tell you.
johan: and that entitles you to just take my money. What if i now decide to a chargeback and when can i get my money back?
Stewart Kent: You can go for it.
Stewart Kent: We will look into it.
johan: ok i am making a screen copy of this and will pit on my blog showing the world that you stole my money. Do you want me to do that?
Stewart Kent: Okay.
johan: in my country you are called a skelm
Stewart Kent: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
johan: yes i want my money back as you didn’t provide me with what i signed up. upto date i have not received any email from you company
Stewart Kent: I already told you that we can’t provide you any refund as your account is deleted due to fraudulent sign-up.
johan: why was it a fraudulent sign-up. please explain. you take money from my credit card, you don’t email me to verify whom i am but you call it fraudulent
Stewart Kent: We don’t send any email regarding this.

The contact said the sale of the company is being co-led by Silver Lake Partners and KKR & Co. Private equity and venture capital firm Technology Crossover Ventures will be involved as a smaller partner.
